熬了半個年頭的腰酸與膊痛,經常令人容易疲累,精神不振,讓專注力大減。總以為增加自己的作息時間就可以令酸痛減輕,近月更事與願違的往往愈下。昨晚,由友人的推介下到一個骨科醫生去求治,診斷為脊骨移位,由於骨骼移位,導至原來的肌肉位置要遷就骨骼的轉移,繃緊來修正,所以肌肉長期疲累及緊張。治療筋骨本是長久療程,暫不能斷定醫師的功力,最起碼現在比前舒服得很多很多喇~也要感激那位傻裏傻氣小妮子的推介呢!
