戰後補給

於今天天色灰矇,今天的行山活動,就來了一次“純粹“的山野行。大伙兒就心無旁騖的向著目的地進發,因為這路段是首次行進,亂打亂撞就在所不免,還有挑戰險峻峭壁,也為這次旅程加上了不少探險感覺。

毫無疑問這年間的身體狀況不斷下滑。今天行山路段的短短十公里,開步初段已有氣喘吁吁的現象,之後大腿部份更不時發出抽筋警號,警號的呼喚,是要日後將自己的活動細胞再次激活過來。

大伙兒於六時許帶著疲憊的身軀回到西貢市,第一時間找來戰後補給——“松記車仔麵“。

mind me, 心無旁騖's 騖 is incorrected, it should be with "鶩" .

除了帶水,帶多支寶礦力補充體力;
可以的話,開步時做熱身,壓下腿,

行山唔夠氣一般人都會,閒來遠足觀賞大自然面貌也不錯。
